For relief from Mucus congestion:
Daily care:

Benefits:
a. It is high in minerals and enzymes which help in absorption of nutrients and detoxification. It helps thin out mucous being secreted, making it easier to drain the congestion.
b. It stabilises blood sugar levels and controls appetite and helps lose weight
c. Helps digestion by clearing acid reflux
d. Will help your skin when applied locally to the itchy area
