How to have a happy day
Ok so we have all woken up on the wrong side of the bed, felt a bit of dread at knowing we have to get up or go to work. Well this is your first opportunity to start the day right. DO NOT GET OUT OF BED until you have done the following:
- your alive!
A) visualise your yourself feeling happy and cheerful
B) Be grateful you have woken up at all, if you are bursting to go for your morning wee, then be grateful your bladder is working. Think of 10 things to be grateful before you get out of bed.
C) Imagine today is the day you are going to hear some fantastic news or something great is going to happen even if you do not know what it is yet, just imagine that today’s the day.
